These are custom food items and as such there may be some slight variance. If ordering edible printable images quality is also affected by the quality and resolution of the image you provide. Images with dark backgrounds are also at risk of poor print quality.
Custom print orders require 3 to 5 business days processing time, in addition to the shipping time. If faster processing is needed, please call us at 912-760-4083 for a faster expedited processing service at an additional cost.

I would also like the website to clearly state that a minimum of 14 days notice is preferred for custom orders. However, rush orders may be available depending on my production schedule and capacity.
Edible Image Disclaimer
Printed images may vary slightly in color due to edible ink and printing limitations. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Photo Use
We may photograph our work for marketing and social media.
Refunds
We stand behind our quality. Refunds are not issued for: approved design choices, minor color variations (especially edible images), damage after pickup or delivery. If there's an issue, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
Order Changes
Need to make a change? We'll do our best!
• Requests must be made at least 5 days in advance
• Changes are subject to availability
• Additional charges may apply
Pickup & Delivery
• Please check your order at pickup
• Once items leave our care, responsibility transfers to the customer
• Delivery orders are considered complete upon drop-off

To maintain quality: Store items in a cool, dry place; avoid heat and direct sunlight. Improper storage voids responsibility.

We also love hitting the road! You can find Jammits Good at local farmers markets and seasonal pop-ups throughout the community. It’s our favorite way to share a slice of home with our neighbors.
