Every order is custom made and created specifically for your event. Image quality and print results depend on the quality of the photos, logos, or artwork provided.
For best results please submit clear, high resolution images. Dark or low quality images may not print as clearly on edible products.
Custom orders require a 14 - days advanced notice whenever possible, Rush orders are available based on availability and subject to additional charge.
Once your request is submitted, we'll review the details and contact you to confirm availability before payment is collected.

Edible Image Disclaimer
Custom printed products are best when customer-provided images are clear, high resolution, and properly licensed for use. Printed images may vary slightly in color due to edible ink and printing limitations. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Photo Use
We may photograph our work for marketing and social media.
Refunds
Because all items are custom made, refunds are not available for approved designs, customer-provided images or designs, minor color variations or orders that have been picked up, delivered or consumed. If there is an issue contact us within 24 hours and provide photos so we can review the situation.
Order Changes
Request for changes should be summited as soon as possible but no later than 5 days before the scheduled pick-up date. Changes are subject to additional charges.
Pickup & Delivery
Please inspect your order at pickup. Once items leave our care, responsibility for handling, transportation and storage transfers to the customer.
Storage & Care
For best quality, store in a cool, dry location away from heat and direct sunlight. Jammit's Good is not responsible for damage resulting in improper storage, handling after pickup or delivery.
Allergy Notice
Made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state food safety inspections and may contain or come in contact with wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are created specifically for each customer and event. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled and payments become non-refundable.
